Exciting Announcement & project with Children in Need

CHEXS are delighted to announce that we have secured funding from BBC Children in Need for our NEW After-school Self-Esteem Leadership project for the next 3 years. Thank you so much for this incredible opportunity and fantastic support.

Our current school-time, self-esteem programme builds leadership and communications skills, self-esteem and aspirations but can only reach 170 children annually. This is just 15% of the children who could really benefit from our support. The additional funding from Children in Need will now enable the charity to replicate the programme outside-school-hours, meaning that our reach will now help 432 additional 8-11 year old children over 3 years to develop key life skills, help build their confidence and raise their self-esteem.
