CHEXS supports Mental Health week 2021
This years #worldmentalhealthweek theme as nature and CHEXS been working outside this week.
Goffs Academy students spent the day outside volunteering at Lee Valley Park sanding down the bird hide ready for painting.
The six students were hardworking and worked together to complete the task. Fresh air, nature, physical exercise and talking. Everything you need to feel relaxed and at ease.
