CHEXS Worry Volunteers – delivery to schools

This term the CHEXS Volunteers specialising in Worries were delivered to all of our primary schools.

We had identified through anxiety workshops delivered in all our Primary Schools that children were still felling anxious and worried.

Through discussion and a very generous donation of worry monsters, we have been able to give one to each primary school we work with.

Children can share their worries and concerns with our worry volunteer if they feel they cannot speak to someone.

The parenting family support workers will monitor the issues raised and provide workshops to support children and parents.
