CHEXS Coffee Sessions

The CHEXS coffee sessions at Beaumont Centre in Cheshunt today found us playing a new game (well new to us!) called 5 Second Rule.

Wow we had to be quick thinking but found it harder than we expected

We then had a go at Origami which was loads of fun.

Stan showed us how to make a boat that he used to make as a child. When he was young he had breathing problems.

To make sure he was breathing properly he had to lay down. He then put the boat on his tummy and make it look like it was on the waves by breathing in and out!

Why not come and join us next week for the CHEXS Coffee sessions on Tuesday between 12.30 and 2.30. Have a cuppa and a chat you never know what you may learn
