Family Support Service update – October 24
For our Family Support service update – October 2024, we wanted to tell you some more about what we have been up to.
We have all been busy during the Autumn term –
Continued to deliver face to face Boundaries, Routines and Behaviour Top tips sessions in our partner schools.
Our family support service Top Tip sessions have been rolled out in all primary schools, we have also had an online session for those unable to attend in person.
“ This has been such an interesting workshop, thank you so much”
“I found this session so helpful, really enjoyed the group discussion, sharing tips of what works, thank you so much”
Summer Craft and Lego activities
Summer craft activities were run by our Family support team through the month of August in collaboration with the Library service in Waltham Cross.
Following our successful Family Reading sessions in all our partner primary schools during the Summer term, we enjoyed holding our free family craft sessions in The Library at The Pond, Cheshunt.
We ran 3 sessions in all and was glad to have had over 60 attendees who made some lovely crafts and spent some quality family time together.
Quote from parent ” It was good spending time together making things”
Quote from child ” I had a really good time, there are lots of things to make”
