 Partnership and Accountability 

  • Work withlocal schools, councils, and partners to share best practice and deliver joined-up support.  
  • Regularly reviewpolicies, recruitment, and delivery approaches to ensure fairness and inclusivity.  
  • Report progressannually to trustees, staff, and community stakeholders.  
  • Make it visible: Place the statement prominently on our website, in our annual report, and on job postings. 
  • Live it:Use it to check our decisions. When considering a new policy or program, ask, “Does this decision align with our DEIB statement?”
