CHEXS REAL TALK PARENTING SESSIONS

A peer-to-peer support group for parents and carers.

Sometimes the best support comes from someone who’s been there too.

Real Talk is a relaxed, drop-in peer support group for parents and carers Supported by the Tesco Blue Chip Community fund, a space to share experiences, get things off your chest, and feel less alone.

Held every other Wednesday in the Tesco Community Room at Brookfield Farm, Real Talk is led by the CHEXS Family Support Team and shaped by the families who attend. There’s no pressure, no judgement, just real conversations with real people who get it.

WHAT TO EXPECT
