Thank you all for taking part. You have all looked after your plants brilliantly and choosing an overall winner was incredibly hard.

You should all be SO proud of what you have grown.
It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to nurture a plant or a flower from a seed into a fully grown plant.

A BIG thank you to our judges
Tony Gorton
CHEXS Chair of Trustees
Sir Charles Walker
Broxbourne MP/CHEXS Patron
Cllr Lewis Cocking

CHEXS Community Foodbank Deliveries

A massive thank you to Hertfordshire Community Foundation  for their funding to CHEXS during the Covid 19 crisis.

Quote from a mum: “We do not know how we would have coped without CHEXS and Holdbrook Sch setting up the Foodbank drop off in Waltham Cross”

Quote from Holdbrook Foodbank team “So glad we continue to support families and our local community in these very challenging times.”

Our Young People’s Journeys
The children / young people we have mentored have shared some amazing journeys with CHEXS during this year and into Covid-19 Lockdown. We shared some of these stories via our social media channels. In case you missed our #smallcharitiesweek posts, here’s a snapshot of some of them.
It is thanks to BBC Children in Need COVID-19 2020 Booster Programme that have awarded a grant to CHEXS to help us continue to support children who are isolated due to Covid-19 and help them improve their resilience.
